Important FYI:

In case of return of products in working condition, we are only able to make a partial refund after deducting a base fare which is:

Partial Refund = Purchase Price 160 INR *

We do so to cover the backward and forward shipping for the Item which was delivered in working condition.

*This does not apply to damaged products which we are happy to replace free of charge.

📦 5-Day Return Policy

We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

✅ Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
✅ Item must be in original packaging with tags (if applicable)
✅ Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


✅ Eligible Return & Replacement Reasons

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

✔️ Product received is damaged
✔️ Wrong item received
✔️ Manufacturing defect found

📸 Customers must share clear photos/videos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery for verification.


❌ Non-Returnable / Invalid Return Reasons

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will NOT be accepted for:

❌ Change of mind after delivery
❌ Buyer no longer wants the product
❌ Material/quality preference issues
❌ Personal expectations regarding softness, comfort, or size
❌ Incorrect order placed by customer
❌ Used, washed, damaged, or altered products
❌ Sale items or gift cards

⚖️ Please ensure you are confident before placing your order. Once an order is placed, it is considered a confirmed purchase agreement.


👶 Hygiene & Baby Product Policy

For hygiene and baby safety reasons 🧸, baby-use and personal-care products cannot be returned once opened or used unless they are:

✔️ Damaged
✔️ Defective
✔️ Incorrect item delivered


🔁 Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us first.

Exchanges are subject to:

✅ Product availability
✅ Approval after inspection
✅ Product being unused and in original packaging

💡 The fastest way to get another product is to place a new order after your return request is approved.


🚚 Return Shipping

If your return request is approved:

🚛 Reverse pickup depends on courier availability in your area
📮 In some cases, customers may need to self-ship the product

⚠️ Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.


💰 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

💳 Refund will be processed to the original payment method
⏳ Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider
