At Cartdrop.in, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India.
International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

All prepaid and COD orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next working day.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details via email/SMS.


3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, operational issues, or high-demand periods.


4. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on select products or orders above a certain value (if applicable).

Standard shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Cartdrop.in reserves the right to modify shipping charges at any time without prior notice.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible products and serviceable PIN codes.

A small COD handling fee may apply.

Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address to receive the order.

Repeated failed COD orders may lead to restriction of COD service for that customer.


6. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email.
You can track your order directly through the courier partner’s website.

If tracking details are not received within 3 business days, please contact our support team.


7. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.

If the address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may fail.

In case of returned orders due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

Cartdrop.in is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.


8. Damaged / Open Parcel Policy

If you receive a damaged, torn, or tampered package:

Do not accept the parcel.

Record an unboxing video if accepted.

Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

Complaints raised after 24 hours may not be entertained.


9. Delays Beyond Control

Delivery timelines may be affected due to:

Natural calamities

Political disruptions

Courier partner delays

Government restrictions

In such cases, we appreciate your patience and cooperation.
